This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a swimming pool. The staff even helped me find great dining spots on my first stay, making it so memorable. I’ll be back for Xmas!

the AC was not even on, so it took ages to cool down, and how dare the bed sheets be scratchy with all those fabric pills! definitely expected a room upgrade or at least complimentary treats for wasting my time here. i almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t!

Not worth the price

Checked in and was immediately bummed out. The room had a weird smell and a stain I really didn’t wanna see. The staff was okay, but the lighting in the hallways was super annoying. Had to walk a way down before it kicked on. The picnic area was nice, tho, perfect for chilling outside.

The suite I stayed in was pretty disappointing. It faced a busy road, so traffic noise was a real issue. We asked for fresh towels, but they said we’d have to wait until the morning to get them, which made no sense since we were leaving soon. The room felt outdated and not very welcoming, and there were only a few cars in the parking lot which should've been a red flag.

Just a prime choice for a fleeting pause in West Springfield with outstanding value. The tub's jets were odd to operate since the switch is on the wall instead of near the tub. Make sure to bring your own toiletries for convenience.
